A full web application for managing Barang Milik Negara (BMN), Indonesia's state-owned assets. It currently handles a live inventory of more than 20,000 assets, keeping every one of them clean, searchable, and complete with photos and condition records.
The core feature is a barcode and QR based census flow, so an officer can scan an asset in the field and update its data on the spot. Every asset photo is geotagged with the exact address and the time it was taken, which makes field verification reliable. I also added bulk Excel import, a photo gallery, multi-field search, usage statistics, and an approval workflow with user roles.
